Es muy dif\u00edcil mantenerse al margen de la marea de notificaciones que recibimos a cada instante y, sin embargo, necesitamos poner nuestra mente en blanco para descansar mejor y con ello tambi\u00e9n llegar a generar nuevas ideas.<\/p>\n<p>Esa incapacidad para evitar estar mirando las notificaciones a cada instante o en el momento en que hemos visto que nos ha llegado algo al Smartphone o al reloj \u2013que los <em>weareables<\/em> tambi\u00e9n son una fuente de conexi\u00f3n 24 horas- tiene nombre y apellidos: s\u00edndrome del pensamiento acelerado. Fue descrito por el psiquiatra y terapeuta Augusto Cury en 2013 para el marco de la psicolog\u00eda del desarrollo infantil.<\/p>\n<p>Cury se\u00f1al\u00f3 c\u00f3mo la hiperestimulaci\u00f3n, contagiada por los adultos a los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, a los ni\u00f1os, les vuelve incapaces de tolerar el silencio, la calma psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPodemos parar el flujo de pensamientos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tranquilizar la mente es un reto que necesitamos asumir. Dejar la mente en blanco de manera regular es un buen medio para el control del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad. \u00bfC\u00f3mo conseguirlo?<\/p>\n<p>1.- <strong>Encontrando distracciones<\/strong>: mirar por la ventana y disfrutar de las vistas, hacer algo que nos apetezca y que requiera atenci\u00f3n plena, salir a caminar\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>2.- <strong>Practicar meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Es una de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s efectivas para relajar la mente y se basa, en buena medida, en ejercicios de control de la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>3.- <strong>Hablar sobre lo que nos preocupa<\/strong>.
