La fidelizaci\u00f3n ha quedado como un concepto de principios de los a\u00f1os 2000. Pero a los corredores y a las agencias les da igual hablar de fidelizar o de vincular. En cualquier caso, tienen claro que, si no gestionan bien la confianza del cliente, este decidir\u00e1 cambiar de aires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"511\">Podemos llamarlo experiencia de cliente, calidad de servicio o, sencillamente, cari\u00f1o, en tono profesional, pero al final se trata de eso. En ingl\u00e9s tienen una palabra perfecta\u2026 \u201cCare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"730\">Una de las ideas clave de la vinculaci\u00f3n es que, cuantos m\u00e1s productos tenga contratados un cliente, m\u00e1s resistente ser\u00e1 al cambio. Y por eso se han puesto en marcha muchas estrategias para incrementar la vinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"828\">Sin embargo, como siempre, lo primero es conocer al cliente y no equivocarse con las propuestas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1060\">Hace unos d\u00edas recib\u00ed una carta de mi banco, la \u00fanica caja que queda en Catalu\u00f1a. Me dec\u00edan que no cumpl\u00eda los \u201crequisitos de vinculaci\u00f3n\u201d para mantenerme el diferencial de la hipoteca. La verdad es que el concepto me hizo pensar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1387\">La vinculaci\u00f3n en la banca es, \u201cpor obligaci\u00f3n\u201d, un requisito. N\u00f3mina, seguros, tarjetas, lo que haga falta\u2026 Da igual si encaja con tus necesidades o con tu perfil. Da igual c\u00f3mo sea tu hogar o cu\u00e1les sean tus necesidades de protecci\u00f3n en vida. Da igual si necesitas o no una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. El requisito es tenerlo todo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1495\">Lo llaman cuota de vinculaci\u00f3n, cuando deber\u00edan llamarlo cuota de participaci\u00f3n en los m\u00e1rgenes del banco.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1746\">A esta voracidad por acaparar espacio en el bolsillo del cliente, ahora se a\u00f1ade la automatizaci\u00f3n. Una soluci\u00f3n magn\u00edfica cuando quieres ser eficiente, pero con la que corres el riesgo de equivocarte si no tienes capacidad de afinar y personalizar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"2065\">Esta vez me ha tocado hacerme una tarjeta de 40 \u20ac (porque todo lo dem\u00e1s ya lo ten\u00eda\u2026) para cubrir la cuota de vinculaci\u00f3n. Y, sin embargo, creo que cada vez estoy m\u00e1s desvinculado de la entidad, de su manera de hacer y de su forma de tratar a los clientes. Obviamente, ya he emprendido el camino de la desvinculaci\u00f3n\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2094\"><strong data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2094\">La vinculaci\u00f3n positiva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2227\">Los mediadores tienen claro que captar la confianza de un cliente cuesta. Pero que lo que cuesta m\u00e1s es mantenerla e incrementarla.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2294\">Por eso utilizan la vinculaci\u00f3n positiva, que tiene tres pilares:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2491\"><strong data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2327\">La comunicaci\u00f3n continuada.<\/strong> Los mediadores que m\u00e1s vinculan son aquellos que se comunican a menudo con sus clientes, tanto para las cosas buenas como para las malas, y por diferentes canales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2620\"><strong data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2515\">La escucha activa.<\/strong> Como elemento para entender qu\u00e9 necesita cada cliente y adaptar la propuesta de servicio y de productos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2622\" data-end=\"2776\"><strong data-start=\"2622\" data-end=\"2650\">Y el enfoque al cliente.<\/strong> En lugar de decir a cada cliente:<br data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2687\" \/>Si no tienes 3 seguros, de lo que yo quiera, el que necesitas te saldr\u00e1 un 40 % m\u00e1s caro.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2982\">Decimos que, si conf\u00edas en nosotros, te trataremos como mereces. Nos da igual si tienes 1, 3 o 25 p\u00f3lizas (pocos mediadores tienen establecidos niveles de servicio o de atenci\u00f3n segmentados por clientes).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3177\">Decimos que, si conf\u00edas en nosotros una vez, nos esforzaremos para que lo hagas dos, tres, cuatro y las que haga falta. Con m\u00e1s servicios, con descuentos y con facilidades de pago y de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3267\">La vinculaci\u00f3n impuesta genera solo permanencia. La vinculaci\u00f3n positiva genera lealtad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3402\">Este proceso acerca al cliente y al mediador fij\u00e1ndose en el C\u00d3MO (relaci\u00f3n, servicio, trato), no en el QU\u00c9 (requisito de productos).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3486\">La verdadera cuota de vinculaci\u00f3n no se paga con productos.
