Un estudi ja consolidat en el sector que, en paraules del seu president, Mart\u00edn Navaz, t\u00e9 com a objectiu mesurar amb criteris objectius el nivell de satisfacci\u00f3 real dels socis en la seva relaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria amb les companyies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Els resultats mostren una lleugera millora del grau de satisfacci\u00f3 global, que se situa en 6,75, davant del 6,70 registrat el 2024, mantenint-se en un rang proper al notable. No obstant aix\u00f2, l\u2019informe torna a posar de manifest una bretxa important entre les asseguradores millor i pitjor valorades, aix\u00ed com \u00e0rees estructurals en qu\u00e8 el sector encara no fa el salt qualitatiu que demanen les corredories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019estudi compta amb una alta participaci\u00f3, amb 1.608 respostes, que representen el 85% dels socis d\u2019Adecose, i la implicaci\u00f3 directa de 131 corredories, una dada que refor\u00e7a el valor estad\u00edstic i sectorial de l\u2019informe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Gesti\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica, el punt fort; sinistres, la gran feblesa<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per \u00e0rees de servei, la gesti\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica torna a posicionar-se com l\u2019\u00e0mbit millor valorat, assolint una puntuaci\u00f3 de 7,03, i \u00e9s, a m\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00fanic que aconsegueix el notable. A l\u2019extrem oposat hi ha la gesti\u00f3 de sinistres, que obt\u00e9 un 6,46 i es mant\u00e9 com l\u2019\u00e0rea pitjor valorada, sense millores respecte a l\u2019any anterior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Altres \u00e0rees com Producte\/Preu, Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa, Gesti\u00f3 Comercial o Producci\u00f3 es mantenen estables, mentre que Producci\u00f3 (6,5) i Sinistres i Recursos (6,6) concentren les valoracions m\u00e9s baixes, evidenciant la persist\u00e8ncia de friccions operatives en el dia a dia de les corredories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Cr\u00e8dit i Assist\u00e8ncia en Viatge lideren per rams<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019an\u00e0lisi per rams de treball tamb\u00e9 reflecteix difer\u00e8ncies importants. Els millor valorats per les corredories s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Asseguran\u00e7a de Cr\u00e8dit: 7,33<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Assist\u00e8ncia en Viatge: 7,09<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Defensa Jur\u00eddica: 7,05<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">P\u00e8rdues Pecuni\u00e0ries: 7,00<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Responsabilitat Civil: 6,98<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Per contra, els rams amb una puntuaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s baixa s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Flotes: 6,46<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Salut individual: 6,67<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Vida estalvi\/pensions col\u00b7lectiu: 6,71<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Risc pol\u00edtic: 6,72<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Salut col\u00b7lectiva i Danys\/Patrimonials (ind\u00fastria\/empresa): 6,75<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aquestes dades reflecteixen les majors tensions operatives i de servei en rams d\u2019alta complexitat t\u00e8cnica o amb una forta pressi\u00f3 comercial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pel que fa a la pol\u00edtica de renovacions, el Bar\u00f2metre detecta una millora molt moderada en tots els indicadors analitzats:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Condicions t\u00e8cniques: 6,15<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Condicions econ\u00f2miques: 5,71<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Terminis de comunicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oferta: 5,68<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Capacitat de negociaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de l\u2019oferta: 5,72<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Malgrat el lleuger aven\u00e7, les puntuacions continuen sent baixes, especialment en els aspectes econ\u00f2mics i de negociaci\u00f3, un dels punts m\u00e9s cr\u00edtics en la relaci\u00f3 entre asseguradores i corredories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Agilitat, comunicaci\u00f3 i \u00fas de dades: els grans reptes<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les respostes obertes de les corredories permeten identificar amb claredat els principals \u00e0mbits de millora. En primer lloc, es reclama una major agilitat en el servei, especialment en els temps de resposta i en la gesti\u00f3 de reclamacions. A aix\u00f2 s\u2019hi afegeix la necessitat de millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 i l\u2019atenci\u00f3, apostant per relacions m\u00e9s personalitzades, amb una major capacitat de resoluci\u00f3 i una capacitaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica m\u00e9s especialitzada per part de les asseguradores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019assenyala la import\u00e0ncia de modernitzar els processos digitals, amb millores en webs i aplicacions, aix\u00ed com una revisi\u00f3 profunda de les pol\u00edtiques de renovaci\u00f3 i revisi\u00f3 de primes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una dada especialment rellevant \u00e9s la relativa a l\u2019\u00fas de les dades dels clients: el 56,4% dels enquestats considera que les asseguradores utilitzen les dades amb una finalitat diferent d\u2019aquella per a la qual van ser facilitades, una xifra que augmenta respecte a 2024 (52,9%) i que reflecteix una preocupaci\u00f3 creixent en el canal mediat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Un missatge clar per al sector<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El Bar\u00f2metre Adecose 2025 confirma una evoluci\u00f3 positiva, encara que lenta, en la qualitat del servei de les asseguradores. Tanmateix, el missatge de les corredories \u00e9s clar: la millora incremental ja no \u00e9s suficient.
