Actualment, l\u2019asseguradora compta amb m\u00e9s de 4.100 corredories al seu equip.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Quin balan\u00e7 fa de l\u2019any acabat de tancar i quines han estat, al seu parer, les principals fites del canal corredors durant l\u2019exercici?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">El balan\u00e7 de l\u2019any \u00e9s clarament positiu. Hem experimentat un fort desenvolupament comercial en tots els segments de corredories i hem incrementat de manera notable la nostra quota de penetraci\u00f3 en el Canal de Corredors, comptant en aquest moment amb m\u00e9s de 4.100 corredories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Aquesta \u00e9s, sens dubte, la principal fita de l\u2019exercici: la confian\u00e7a que les corredories han dipositat en nosaltres. Tota l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 \u2014equips comercials, suport, producte, operacions i sinistres\u2014 ha treballat de manera coordinada per oferir un servei realment diferencial tant al mediador com al client. L\u2019orientaci\u00f3 comercial i la vocaci\u00f3 de servei han estat dues constants en el nostre dia a dia, cosa que s\u2019ha tradu\u00eft en un creixement superior al del sector en vendes i facturaci\u00f3 en les principals l\u00ednies de negoci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Aquesta confian\u00e7a ens impulsa a continuar avan\u00e7ant el 2026, tant amb les corredories que ja tenen una forta vinculaci\u00f3 amb Occident com amb aquelles menys actives. Comptem amb un projecte adaptat a cada perfil de corredoria \u2014des de petites i mitjanes fins a les de major dimensi\u00f3\u2014 amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019oferir un model de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 rendible, estable i a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Una altra fita rellevant de l\u2019any ha estat l\u2019aven\u00e7 en mat\u00e8ria de connectivitat. Hem impulsat millores que faciliten tant la comercialitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de les plataformes dels corredors com la gesti\u00f3 di\u00e0ria. Aquestes integracions han perm\u00e8s oferir processos m\u00e9s \u00e0gils, senzills i eficients, alineats amb les necessitats tecnol\u00f2giques actuals del canal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Finalment, el 2025 vam rebre diversos reconeixements per part de col\u00b7legis de mediadors i associacions nacionals del sector. Aquestes distincions han suposat un impuls motivacional important per a tot l\u2019equip i reforcen el nostre comprom\u00eds de continuar treballant al m\u00e0xim nivell per correspondre la confian\u00e7a del canal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Mirant cap al 2026, quins s\u00f3n els projectes estrat\u00e8gics en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 treballant i quins objectius s\u2019han marcat?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">El nostre pla estrat\u00e8gic 2025-2027 contempla un creixement significatiu en el canal de corredors. Per al 2026, reforcem especialment tres \u00e0mbits: la proximitat i atenci\u00f3 personal al corredor, un producte i un servei realment diferencials, i la integraci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica amb les corredories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">El nostre prop\u00f2sit \u00e9s que cada corredor tingui referents clars dins d\u2019Occident que l\u2019acompanyin en el seu desenvolupament i en la generaci\u00f3 de negoci, impulsant relacions a llarg termini basades en la confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Durant aquest exercici avan\u00e7arem especialment en el desenvolupament de negoci en empreses, administracions p\u00fabliques, col\u00b7lectius i vida. S\u00f3n segments en qu\u00e8 volem col\u00b7laborar amb els corredors de manera ordenada, sostenible i rendible. Per aix\u00f2, hem intensificat la formaci\u00f3 especialitzada en aquestes \u00e0rees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tamb\u00e9 prestem una especial atenci\u00f3 als processos de relleu generacional a les corredories. En aquest context, volem facilitar nous avantatges en servei i desenvolupament de negoci per a cada segment de corredor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Un dels aspectes clau del canal corredors \u00e9s la capacitat de personalitzar l\u2019oferta. A Occident volem continuar aprofundint en aquesta l\u00ednia, treballant conjuntament amb les corredories per dissenyar propostes que encaixin plenament amb les necessitats reals dels seus clients.
