Recentment s&#8217;ha conegut gr\u00e0cies a una investigaci\u00f3 desenvolupada per la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Madrid (UPM) que la c\u00e0rrega de treball \u00e9s el factor m\u00e9s estressant per al treballador.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, al voltant de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s laboral hi ha una s\u00e8rie de recomanacions que se centren a desenvolupar la toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment interessant per als qui viuen estats interns d&#8217;ansietat i angoixa i tenen respostes no adaptatives quan se senten contra les cordes.<\/p>\n<p>La toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, recorden els especialistes en psicologia, no \u00e9s obtenir-ne la immunitat sin\u00f3 aconseguir una habilitat personal que ens permeti suportar les emocions superposades i les angoixes o estats emocionals negatius sense sucumbir-hi. Aquesta habilitat influeix en el nostre equilibri mental i ens ajuda en la manera com percebem el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Les persones amb toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s tenen una tend\u00e8ncia menor a caure en estereotips, lidien millor amb l&#8217;ambig\u00fcitat i solen evitar caure en conclusions precipitades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s es basa en cinc premisses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.-\u00a0<strong>No anticipar<\/strong>. Est\u00e0 b\u00e9 con\u00e8ixer les possibilitats que se&#8217;ns presenten per\u00f2 estar anticipant constantment situacions negatives \u00e9s una cosa que ens perjudica a nivell mental. L&#8217;objectiu ha de ser evitar anticipar i eludirem l&#8217;ansietat anticipat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>2.-\u00a0<strong>Aprendre a desvirtuar les emocions negatives<\/strong>. Quan travessem una mala ratxa o vivim una situaci\u00f3 negativa, o diverses, el que \u00e9s indicat \u00e9s no engolir-se en aquestes emocions que ens poden acabar llastrant. Les emocions, totes, tenen la seva funci\u00f3, per\u00f2 el que \u00e9s perjudicial \u00e9s entrar en una roda de pessimisme i negativitat. Els qui tenen una bona toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s no s&#8217;obsessionen amb les circumst\u00e0ncies adverses i s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de reconduir la seva atenci\u00f3 per no obsessionar-se amb all\u00f2 que els passa i poder tirar endavant amb certa dosi de normalitat.<\/p>\n<p>3.-\u00a0<strong>Tornar a avaluar les situacions que ens estressen<\/strong>. Quan estem en una situaci\u00f3 estressant podem tenir tend\u00e8ncia a veure l&#8217;entorn, i tot el que ens passa o envolta, amb una visi\u00f3 for\u00e7a distorsionada. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s desdramatitzar, prendre dist\u00e0ncia i comprendre que probablement el problema que ens preocupa avui ser\u00e0 intranscendent o haur\u00e0 passat en un temps que pot ser m\u00e9s o menys curt en funci\u00f3 de la gravetat.<\/p>\n<p>4.-\u00a0<strong>Tenir capacitat d&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Les persones amb toler\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s s\u00f3n capaces de mantenir un grau d&#8217;autocontrol adequat que impedeix que les emocions negatives influeixin massa en el comportament. Mantenen un nivell de funcionament adaptatiu que no fa caure en comportaments agressius o que limiti l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/p>\n<p>5.-\u00a0<strong>Mantenir un di\u00e0leg interior positiu<\/strong>. \u00c9s crucial mantenir un di\u00e0leg intern que estigui carregat de positivitat, que no ens limiti o ens bloquegi.
