A aquesta acci\u00f3 la diem desheretament i, per a poder fer-ho, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;expressar en testament, sempre que concorrin les causes que estableix la llei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les causes per a desheretar?<br \/>\n<\/strong>La Llei estableix que s\u00f3n justes causes per a desheretar a un fill les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Haver negat aliments al progenitor o ascendent.<\/li>\n<li>Per maltractament d&#8217;obra o haver injuriat greument de paraula al progenitor o ascendent.<\/li>\n<li>Ser condemnat per sent\u00e8ncia ferma per haver com\u00e8s un delicte contra els drets i deures familiars sobre l&#8217;her\u00e8ncia del causant.<\/li>\n<li>Per haver acusat falsament el causant d&#8217;un delicte greu.<\/li>\n<li>Haver obligat a fer testament o canviar-lo sota amena\u00e7a, frau o viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Haver impedit fer testament, revocar-ho, suplantar, ocultar o alterar un altre posterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pot el desheretat impugnar el testament?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Si el desheretat no est\u00e0 d&#8217;acord que se li hagi privat de l&#8217;her\u00e8ncia podr\u00e0 interposar una demanda davant els Tribunals.
